Dr. Eric Weigel
Dr. Eric Weigel is an optometrist providing complete eye care services for people of Southeastern Indiana. At the Southeastern Indiana Vision Development Center, Dr. Weigel performs visual performance evaluations, progress examinations, and optometric vision therapy sessions for patients to improve their visual systems.
Dr. Weigel provides exams, diagnoses, and treatments of all disorders that affect the eye or vision. In addition to training in eye diseases and disorders, Dr. Weigel is also trained in anatomy, biochemistry, and physiology. With this background, Dr. Weigel is trained to recognize and treat a range of health and vision issues; such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, ocular complications from diabetes and hypertension, convergence insufficiency, strabismus, and amblyopia, to name a few. Dr. Weigel completed a residency in Pediatric Optometry and Vision Therapy at the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. In April 2016, Dr. Weigel completed his Fellowship in the College of Optometrists in Vision Development.
Dr. Weigel works hard to stay current on the latest advances in eye health and vision care and regularly attends continuing education seminars and advanced training courses. It is because of Dr. Weigel’s dedication to continuing education that our patients receive the most modern and progressive vision care available.
When not taking care of patients, Dr. Weigel enjoys spending time with his family and friends, is an avid sport fan, plays soccer, and tries to find time for fishing and golf.

My name is Natalie. I have working at the Southeastern Indiana Vision Development Center as a therapist since March 2013. I was born and raised in Greensburg. I enjoy working with patients of all ages and helping them to achieve their goals during their vision therapy program. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family, photography, and traveling.
Nichole
My name is Nichole. I have been with Southeastern Indiana Vision Development Center as a therapist since 2018. Helping others has always been a passion of mine, being a vision therapist allows me the opportunity to pursue that passion by helping patients achieve their therapy goals. I am proud to be a part of this team! In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, attending my children’s many activities, hiking, gardening, and solving puzzles!
